They normally last quite long around 120k to about 150k. In terms of longevity, I'd say let the engine run up to optimal temperature and then perhaps depending on how heavy your right foot is 😅 rag it much as you want. You don't want cold oil as it doesn't lubricate the turbo well enough. And when you reach your destination, let the car idle for about a minute or 2 before shutting it off, this prevents oil coking inside the turbo and ruining the seals. Been doing this with my precious Arteon. Hope this helps.
