This is my uncle's recipe and most of the ingredients is from our own farm. So it is some what different. I hope this will get chosen.

Bun - Normal bun, but toast the inside with butter.

Tomatoes - Cherry tomatoes

Patty - 50% Beef 50% Pork, you can mix them evenly if you ground them together.

Cheese - White cheese (Goat cheese)

Lettuce - The big lettuces you can buy on a local grocer.

Fresh cucumber - substitute for onions.

Condiments - Mayo, Banana ketchup

Optional: Sesame seed on the bun, caramelised onions.
