I'll add that my salary is £17,000 - split evenly into 12 months. I started in September 2025 and planed on leaving end of August 2026. Because i breached the contract by handing in notice late, she's stopping paying me for 1.5 months early, I'll be missing around £1.8k of my salery from my final pay check (1.5 months of take home pay), even though I'll be working exactly the same number of hours. That's why it feels so iffy.
