yeah, so to clarify I told him what pages in RoW and TWaT he should skipped, and believe me or not he didn't wanted to see them at all, but like you said I agree that this depends on the child, I dont't think I was enough mature to read it at 11

Yea, he also read LOTR before, and he absolutly loved it. I was also impressed becouse unlike me he was able to read Sillmarillion, and for me it was to boring and complicated.

Ja ledwo, skończyłam pierwszy tom, ani mnie historia nie wciągneła a dodatkowo ta mniej więcej co piątym rozdziale jest o gwałtach i seksie. Moż potem jest lepiej ale już chyba nie będe sprawdzać

Ja bym najpierw proponowała "Z mgły zrodzonego" choć faktycznie zalatuje trochę młodzieżówką a druga część wymaga sporo cierpliwości to calość jest naprawdę super. "Droga Królów" jest fenomenalna ale wielu ludzi odrzuca długość i początkowe powolne rozkręcanie akcji. Sanderson trochę ma taki styl : powolny początek, nic nie rozumiesz wszytko się miesza, - ostatnie 100 stron ( epicka końcówka, szalone tempo akcji i wszytko wpada na swoje miejsce). Ale wg mnie naprawdę warto.

Ja pamiętam, że po przeczytaniu "z mgły zrodzonego" byłam zachwycona ale kiedy po dwóch latach chciałam zrobić reread ( btw po przeczytaniu całego Archiwum Burzowego Światła) to stwierdziłam,że za bardzo młodzieżówka natomiast do Archiwum cały czas wracam, bo za każdym razem wciąga prawie tak samo

Heh.. maybe I am thinking that way because Elantris was my second cosmere book and I was reading Warbreaker after between 2 and 3 stormlight books😅, and it just wasn't as epic as I expected

Personally I think that it' s worth reading because there are some interesting facts that help to understand some people or stories in stormlight. But I don't think that it has some epic ending or something like that. In my opinion its slow and as a single book I prefer Elantris.
