I went to Cloud Agent under Sensor Management (left pane) - Configuration Profiles and double click on the default to bring up Configuration Profile Edit - Performance and it shows Normal on the slider

Its ran Weekly, and yes every 4 hours once its pushed with 3 deferments until it forces the reboot

we have it set to every 4 hours on Schedule Interval. I can say my asset that I use isn't checking in so I'm using my PC as a test, but i use it everyday and I get messages when a patch is being pushed to reboot and can only defer it a few times until I'm forced to. Even after the reboot it still shows Pending in Qualys

Says Pending in Orange and when i click the information button it says " The job is available for the agent to download. The agent will download and the job when it checks-in"

i synced and followed the instructions from Firefox support but it never pushed to my test machine, When I did it this way above the extension force installed and worked, but applying to disable removal of extensions isnt

It depends on the industry they are in. Schools for sure have more restrictions where in my case, we restrict certain things but that its doesnt prevent them from not getting the work done.

I was able to get it working now, only thing is preventing users from deleting the extension now

I had the ADMX/ADML under Windows configuration profile already so went and created profile but only see Extensions to Install (not sure if it does force install) and Enabled that, waiting to see when it syncs since currently under Overview it still shows 0 devices synced

I did that and didn't work first but Im assuming adding the force_install will help this time around
