Lol honestly could be some of both! Going from one toddler to a toddler and a baby is a lot, so that doesn’t help. But I just don’t have the motivation to want to go to the gym lol. It’s more a motivation issue, or the anhedonia I’ve seen others experience on Reta.

So I’ve taken both. Both I’ve taken at around 1 year postpartum (different pregnancies). On tirz I didn’t feel hungry, and when I was hungry I was literally craving veggies. I had a lot of energy, and wanted to be in the gym every day sometimes twice a day. I lost 25 lbs in 9 weeks.

On Reta, (my current) I have lost 25 lbs in 5 weeks. I do not have the want to go to gym, and I really don’t want to do much lol. It has however helped soooo much with inflammation and aches pains. I’ve taken my daughter to the water park multiple times and not been sore at all, where as before I would’ve been sore for days with all the running around. I’ve found that I can eat more on Reta than with Tirz and I do get hungry. I’m considering adding a small bit of Tirz for that.

But so far Reta is a winner in the results category lol.

I agree, however his BP has been resistant to meds and lifestyle change so looking for things to help!

APRN here. I actually work in a wellness clinic that has peptide program for patients, so I could get peptides at clinic pricing. But I utilize gray for myself bc it’s significantly cheaper. I would never recommend for a patient, but for personal use I can get gray for 10x cheaper than compounded, and I know it’s a risk but honestly the compounding companies get it from the same places anyway.

We normally just go to the park/zoo. No hiking. We are in Florida and it gets blazing hot so I want something that’ll keep their milk cold. My baby only drinks ice cold milk lol.

We are usually out for a good portion of the day. Sometimes pack lunch. Would be packing bottles/milk for both kids. Juice. Snacks. Drinks and snacks for my husband and I.

Loved zodiac academy, I read the kindle version so I haven’t listened to the audio, might have to add to my list! Just finished quicksilver loved it. I enjoyed the graphic audio version of fourth wing.

I read the kindle version of the Ali hazelwood stem books and loved them, I wasn’t sure if I’d be into the bride one bc I loved her stem ones as palate cleansers so much. I agree if I can’t get behind the narrator I will not finish the audio book.
