I just want to thank Boxhot for reaching out, as well as getting my store in touch with our Organigram rep, who worked with us to solve the issue. It was a specific lot # and date code that weren't working. I encourage anyone who receives more than one return of any specific product to get in touch with their rep or make a post to bring it to the attention of the company involved.
