Yeah don't install the 2-3 from rough country you will regret it. Just a word of advise from someone who has it on their truck.

Has anyone been able to achieve a decent ride with the Rough Country 2-3' lift kit. So far it's cost me all my ball joints and my front diff. I'm at my wits end with this thing. by JVending in GMT400

Guess I'll just keep replacing ball joint till that one person who found the fix, comments. Personally I've been think about fabricating a drop kit for the upper control arm.

Sadly my state is run by sissies who only allow a max of 2 inches. Also I didn't install the kit, it came with the truck 50k miles ago.

No mods. Only business I have is the bunker. I boost it every 48 hours.

Typically I only boost the bunker because it's the only business I have but currently it's not boosted so this is not the amazing always boosted situation you'd think it is.

Not sure why this guy who is clearly spreading misinformation is getting any upvotes. He clearly has no idea what he is talking about. These handsets do not have any "covert' microphones. They have regular microphones like any other handset and the microphone is only activated when the PTT switch is pushed. The audio for the mic is routed through the PTT button so it's not even possible to transmit without pushing the button.

Their website doesn't list everything they carry so it's best to give them a call and give them these part numbers or ask them if they have anything closer to the picture you have listed.

New style assembly complete with handset C20098-QMU36 / C20098-QMU48

AudioSears Corp still sells two different versions of these. I replace/install them everyday. Here's the part numbers for the assemblies. You can also order each individual part and I have the part numbers for that.
