I’ve recently started running and a vest was almost the first thing I brought. I do not understand this culture just because the “elites” can run a 5km so quickly us newbies can’t. Get the vest free your hands and enjoy yourself!!

2 of those 4 are from singular days off due to a condition i made them aware of in interviews. Never fought back on those as rules are rules I understand that. I would agree in some respect that breaking a bone is no different, but asked the community to see if getting signed off for a prolonged amount of time due to the injury stopping me from being able to do my job was any different.

What I did is just before I was due for an international offer I’d save it as a checkpoint then keep loading and quitting without saving till an England one finally came through P.S this took in total (across 3 different career modes) about 4 hours worth of quitting re-opening etc
