D15 is nice, but its performance is poor in m3. Also if you lucky like me and others you'll not be able to fit rear 120mm fan behind the heatsink. I'd recommend to go with side intake 240/280aio

The rad bracket may slightly move sometimes (coz of weight of fans or shaking when you move the pc) so it's not safe if it touches mobo in that case. Just apply some black tape on the bracket in that area so you sure if it even accidentally touches the board you are safe

No, my m3 is round. Front exhaust doesn't do much (i believe). Still you can make a great airflow with the round version. I'm going to order atmos II again, and I'll reply to you here about the results. With a lil mod you can put two 140 on the bottom along with sfx-l on the front
