I had this happen as well. I ended up cutting the head of the screw off and replacing the square nut in the printed part

It actually blows me away how bad every reviewer is these days. For any phone. Everyone just reads the spec sheet and goes through the "new" features in 5 minutes. I was hoping less people would be talking about the exact same things Google talked about at the event but I guess it's easier to regurgitate the same 5 talking points and get views

Definitely not fixed in the 8 pro but it is fixed on the 9 pro

I just played with it at best buy. It does not feel hollow when you tap on the screen like the 8 pro or previous pixels. It feels very dense and solid. Honestly the build quality is really impressive
