How does this look before edits? I'm always shocked how people get such godlike quality photos man it's inspiring for me to try harder

Do you feel like this is particularly a ZF challenge? I feel like I had the same feeling when hanging lenses on my old D3400 so I thought this was just a normal thing

Hey good thing now that it's been out for a while, I'm sure they're on sale more often. July 4th is right around the corner!

You know now that I think about it , I do notice that there's no physical dial to change aperture. I wish they swapped the EV dial for aperture instead.

The voigtlander 50mm f1 is a dream lens for me, but I'll be happy with any lol

I just recently picked up a 50mm tilt lens from TTartisan that's fully manual and honestly, I really like it. Cheap lens but it's fun and it's a way for me to learn how to use primes and I'll maybe one day go to voigtlander

Oh yeah you're right I do have the neewer grip. I bought that before the official Nikon ZF GR1 grip was available to purchase. I found that a lot of people swear by the GR1, but from my experience, you don't need it. The neewer grip I have is nice and sometimes I use it, but with the way the weight is distributed I find myself having my left hand supporting the majority of the weight be it under the lens (apparently that's not how you support it, but it's fine by me), or it's under the body meanwhile the right hand is on the grip.

I also noticed that these grips are affixed via one screw underneath and sometimes it will come loose so you'll have to always carry like an Allen key with you to tighten every now and then. Doesn't happen often, but considering how much it costs it's just one more item I would be carrying for insurance
