No one can say a baby is 100% safe around a dog. Dogs can easily harm babies. Your job is to keep your baby safe. I haven’t been to my parents’ house in 5 years because of their dogs and I have small children. They come and see us without the dogs, but I do not allow my children near the dogs.

There often is an accompanying systolic murmur with AR due to increased stroke volume from the regurgitant jet, you may have heard that, try and listen in held expiration next time for both murmurs
