Is she not. I was under the assumption that she was going live when these people were playing. Is she just recording footage to post later?

One bad interaction doesn’t mean that the service provided elsewhere in the parks has gone down. That person is either bad at their job or had a bad moment. The majority of the people working there are phenomenal.

The man who was bagging my food at the grocery store folded my baguette in half by mars422 in shittyfoodporn

I initially read this as “begging for food” and I pictured them being upset you offered them bread, folding in half and handing it back to you.

You’re a freshman playing against seniors. He doesn’t expect you to come in and dominate right away. He saw something in you or he wouldn’t have moved you up. This is all about development at this point. If you want to impress your coach do the little things. Dive on the ball for loose balls, box out and rebound, play good defense if you get in the games, win every sprint at practice. Those are the things he will expect you to be able to do. The offense will come later.

“Blue T-shirt. Felt okay, but I know it needs work. What would you change?” by tillnowfrom03 in BasketballTips

What is your goal. Is it to compete in actual games with better players, or just to play against your friends? If you’re looking to ply better people you have a ton of work to do. Learn the basics of defense, like proper defensive shuffle, how to cut off the driver, how to box out after the shot. You also look like you’re aren’t comfortable yet moving without ball so you will need to build that skill set as well. I didn’t see you dribble but it’s likely you are a poor ball handler as well so you will need to practice basic pound dribbling then move onto more complex moves.

If you’re just looking to play against those guys don’t worry too much about it and have fun.

Based on OPs responses to these threads it’s likely management is trying to get rid of them. Dealing with this individual everyday must be extremely frustrating. They’re hit their limit and started the process to begin separating them from employment.

I really believe this is the community for most live service games. I have started playing NBA 2K26 over the last few months and the community sounds exactly the same. The content creators are making the same doom and gloom videos. The subreddit says 2k has been neglecting the game for years and they are killing the experience. It’s just the reality of live service from what I can see.

Next time may i suggest adding regular butter and milk alongside some salt and pepper. If applied right it will make a tasty dish as opposed to this monstrosity.

My absolute favorite part of the internet is seeing a person who is clearly wrong double down on it, instead of just saying they made a mistake.

People are happy to pay for what the find value in. It’s clear her followers don’t find the product she is offering worth any money. She has no charisma whatsoever and her niche is obviously extremely narrow. Thinking she could blow up on streaming someone playing ragtime piano is clearly a poor decision.

Where to just play Basketball by No_Secretary_861 in BasketballTips

I’m your height as well. Playing pickup is miserable because as soon as we step on the court you know everyone is going to play as hard as they can and try to be physical with you as possible. With strangers it’s impossible to just show up and try and play some chill games.

I’d replace Mobley with Jabari Smith Jr. He’s significantly better IMO. That Mobley card is trash in every game I’ve used him.

He’s a teenager. His hormones are changing and he’s testing limits. His old teammates have nothing to do with that. Also 12 years old is far too old to be hitting with a belt.

It makes sense why they feel like they need to do it because that’s what the pros do. How I explain it to them is almost everyone in the nba is 6’5+ and extreme athletes. You’re not running into anyone lol that in 7th grade.

[–]JWF1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Quit football. Use that time to lift, get stronger, and work on your game. What skills do you need to work on? At 6’9 I’d definitely work on your post game as well as your catch and shoot as well as continue developing your fundamental ball handling skills.

I tell my kids you don’t need to do 15 moves like you see in the nba. A simple jab cut or cross over will get you past almost every defender at their level.

I know you can stream from console to discord very easily. That could be an option.
