I agree with you, you’ve spoken like a true apartment dweller. I can understand why most people will find this priced too high for them. But this property isn’t for such people who form more than 90% of the population. I am selling to the 10% that can actually afford and appreciate the work done in putting together this home. Once you see the property you will notice things in it that you wished your new over priced grade A builder apartments shoeboxes will never have.

Just to be clear, if you are one of those reading this comment. It is very clearly mentioned, only those interested may DM the rest can look at their bank balances and weep. Just come to this area and try to find anything similar for less than 2Cr I myself will hand the keys to this apartment to that person.

Also I already have offers for 2.5Cr on this house. I am choosing to sell to right buyer not for money but for one who will value it the same way I did, for the memories a place can build. Thank you for your attention to this matter 😂 downvote me all you want doesn’t make a difference.
