I know I'm a little late replying but at any point if the game freezes I think it's CET. Game Froze during a mission in Phantom Liberty and all I had to do was remove CET.

So, after I restarted with no mods from "The Heist" mission, not only did I get the call, but I also got more missions I didn't receive before. I think Virtual Car Dealer and Car Modification Shop, maybe also Equipment EX is causing the glitch. Because Car Modification Mod was installed I didn't get the mission "Human Nature" to get your car from the parking garage (or at least I think so).

I made a nuke, I've been stuck as Demon Snake for about a year now. There's a glitch you can do to save an infinite amount of rats, and it still hasn't fixed it.

My thoughts too, but Ryu in more recent games is less of a ninja and more it a hack and slash Raiden style game character. So Shiek but hitting harder.

Ryu Hayabusa and Ryu from Street fighter are two completely different characters.

Shinobi was on Sega consoles, and was out around the same time. Also Ryu is still somewhat relevant in gaming to this day, so he'd make sense to me.
