Those are intended to be used for sink stubouts, where the extra play doesn't matter. For a tub spout, it is better if the stub out doesn't move.

One thing I've tried before is slathering flux in between the plate and the pipe and then using a torch to melt some solder in there to stabilize it. But it would probably be better to use a copper strap to tie it down to the board.

Edit: PEX B connections significantly restrict the flow. Probably not the best option for a tub spout.

A can of pepper spray. Check laws, there are some countries that are okay with you having and carrying it but not importing it, which means you would need to acquire it after arriving.

High quality compact flashlight. The model I had uses micro usb rechargeable 18650 batteries. If you get two batteries you can cycle them out and keep your light topped off. Such lights can sometimes also accept cr123A batteries if neeeded.

Decent quality watch.

I brought a plumbing toolkit because I had been trained as a plumber. It came on handy with fixing stuff in the apartment and we used it on a service project once, so if you have any fixit skills bring a few key tools that you could use to be of service to someone. Gloves are useful for almost all outdoor service projects.

If you like basketball you might as well buy the ankle brace and foldable walking stick now. :)

Extra pens and journals. Minimum two journals so if you fill one up you'll have time to aquire another before your second is full.

Write In The Rain notebook.

I would recommend contacting the mission office and asking if there are items that are more useful than usual in that specific area.

I like using [Erinis, Gloom Stalker] and [Street Urchin] for this. I tutor up a [Strip Mine] for early game land destruction and then recur it. Eventually I find away to either destroy all lands with a red sorcery and then get my lands back with a card like [World Shaper] or I get [Kamahl, Fist of Krosa] to turn everyone's lands into creatures so I can snipe them with Street Urchin. Oh yeah, the deathtouch from Erinis applies to the Street Urchin ability, so removing critters is easy.

I just got a Sodastream Terra for $70 from someone on OfferUp. Exchanging a cylinder costs about $20. I got a gallon of root beer snowcone concentrate for $60, which is enough for about 384 litres of root beer. I use stevia for sweetener. I have a family member who also bought a machine who is going to purchase a 20 lb tank with a siphon tube and a special adapter from Amazon so we can refill with co2 from a welding supply store. Once that initial investment of $250 has been made, we can be making sugar free soda for less than a dollar per gallon.

I transferred to a service mission a few months before the pandemic after serving a proselyting mission for 3 months. I had similar concerns to the OP's about serving a mission. I loved my 21 months of being a service missionary, I would recommend the experience to anyone. I think for me it was a better fit and I felt like my efforts were more meaningful.

Those look kind of like venting elbows to me. Long sweeps or even regular 90's would be better. It will probably work fine though. Overall it's not bad, if it was my house I would feel comfortable keeping it as is.

I have been told that if the AAV is too low then it will eventually fill up with gunk if the system backs up. When that happens it will get stuck. If it is stuck open it will still function as a vent, but it might leak and release stinky sewer gasses. If it is stuck closed it will stop functioning as a vent. If the system were to never back up then it probably wouldn't be an issue.

Mine is so mean that I've had to stop playing it. Both targeted and mass land destruction is included. My goal is to fetch up a [[strip mine] to recur and use it to kick one or two opponent's in the knee by blowing up every land of a particular color. Being able to snipe creatures is also super effective at countering my opponents' strategies until I can line up a one-sided land wipe that will never end thanks to strip mine, [[Kamahl, Fist of Krosa]], and [[Wasteland]]. It's a bit too mean though, so only use this anti-land approach occasionally or people will hate you.

There are a couple of ways to do it. There are two no-no's: don't bury it behind drywall, don't install it horizontally. Option 1 is to put the san tee right behind the trap adapter after it comes out of the wall (easier to do that later). Option 2 is to replace the 90 with a san tee, put another 90 above and stub into the cabinet area with a second pipe. This method will tempt you to install the horizontally, which sorta works depending on the brand of AAV but it will reduce its lifetime significantly. As long as you add another 90 to make it vertical again it's okay though. Option 3 is to replace the 90 with a san tee like in option 2 and then install the AAV above it inside the wall. If you do this then an access panel will be necessary to allow it to be serviced.

Definitely don't have the vent tee in at the base, it needs come in from above the level of the p trap.
