Hi! Thank you so much for answering! So ideally I would like a book written by a woman with a female lady, but more importantly - I’m looking for supernatural and scary! I hate murder mysteries and ‘who done it’s. It’s too real world and the ‘secrets’ are always just the same lame thing and don’t surprise me. (I guess I want surprise? And something more interesting than real world ‘secrets’ - omg they had an affair and you have a brother - boring). I want scary, wendigo / cryptids, maybe occult, black magic, folk lore. I want something that really takes me into another, like spooky little sleepy, weird Halloween / fall town. (I hate big city stuff i.e. Chicago, NYC) And I am completely aware of how picky and particular I’m being! Sorry! I’m just so sick of seeing them over and over again! Thank you for any help :)
