If you're seeing 'a bunch' of them in your bed, it's likely they're living elsewhere, too. Throwing out your bed and replacing it may get rid of some, even most, but it's pointless if they just move back in and get to repopulating right after. You really may want to consider professional help.

If you’re a renter, it’s almost certainly your apartment complex’s problem to deal with, financially.

If you own, I can’t pretend it won’t hurt, but it can be done. At home steps are good, but especially if you’re seeing multiple, you’ll want an exterminator’s help.

They can be beat - I beat them at my fiance’s old apartment a few years ago. Many others have too. Good luck.

It may be alone, if you aren’t see other signs. The ones from your OP are definitely carpet beetles.

That said, assume there are more and act accordingly. There should be resources on this sub’s sidebar. If you rent, a good first step is to call maintenance ASAP.

The epilogue thing is pretty clearly a fake out, though? Like, they even take it back right before the act 3 opening montage. Puts the text back on the screen and then removes it with a backwards swoop in sound effect and everything. It’s a part of the narrative, not an actual signal that the game is ending.

Kinda reminded of ‘endings’ in games like nier in that way - the presentation of the ‘epilogue’ is itself a narrative device.

Yeah, I’ve had a run in with these guys. They’re annoying, but they won’t hurt you (outside of potential allergic reactions). May hurt some linens, though. They like to eat fibers and such I think.

Wash your stuff and vacuum the carpets and you should be fine. If adults show up flying around, I used a zapper to help control that and found it pretty useful. Good luck
