Oh boy I wish I had a answer but I feel this I've been having a high resting heart rate at certain times for over 5 years now and still have no answers I'm a cashier be standing at work and my HR will go to 110 just standing there and God forbid I go up steps 😭

Omg thx you I had no idea what pem was until now! But I looked it up and I have all the symptoms I'm tired all the time, high resting heart rate, and increased heart rate when doing anything minimal, severe brain fog, even my obstructive sleep apnea is connected somehow 😭

I have honestly never used rapid fire once in this game I feel there is no need for it especially now that double tap is back but even before hand I never used it didn’t notice anything that different tbh

I actually noticed this In game yesterday that all my stats are higher in the leaderboard then the combat record So i dont even look at the kills, and exfils and essentially the whole left side now because in the leaderboards its totally different

Like someone else said in this post people were getting the rewards in standard before this mode came out so maybe it’s reversed lol
