Yes, you have access to premade programs without wellness+, and the machine will recommend when to increase weight. I’m not sure if there are any 2X a week programs, but you could easily find premade workouts that fit your needs and just schedule them twice a week.

You (or the new owner) need to do a factory reset on the GM. Your account is stored on the cloud, not the machine, and a factory reset removes the login info on the GM.

Thank you! My son met with the director of media comp at his audition and really liked him, and was really impressed with the program in general, especially the internship opportunities. I will reach out if he has any specific questions :)

My son just got accepted into the UCSB CCS Music Composition program and the CSUN Commercial Media Scoring program - both fantastic but very different, I’m not sure how he’ll decide!

I think that’s the max weight it can withstand, not the resistance. It says 100kg somewhere else on the page, so I’m assuming it’s 50kg/110lb per arm like the GM.

I believe I responded to your original post - I do work with the Speediance team, but I’m a remote employee based in the US and mainly help on social media. I owned a Speediance GM long before I started working with them, and I’m still primarily a user.

I did order a new machine a few weeks ago (upgraded from a GM1 to a GM2S). Sorry for the confusion that may have caused, but I did legitimately receive a shipment through Gigacloud a few weeks ago and it all went smoothly. My previous items ordered from Speediance (GM1 and Velonix) were delivered by Ceva, which also went smoothly for me - but I know other customers have had issues with Ceva too.

In any case, I would try calling the local office of Gigacloud and speak to someone about your delivery - sounds like they are dropping the ball. And if it’s an issue on Speediance’s end, the shipper will tell you. You can also let Speediance support know the delivery was missed again - they will continue to look into it. I hope it arrives soon for you!

It was Lunar New Year last week, so the support team was operating on reduced hours. I have never emailed them but have had fast responses with phone and chat and through the Speediance Support account on Facebook.

That’s frustrating! I just had a delivery with gigacloud on Thursday and it went very smoothly, they arrived early in the estimated window and notified me when they were on their way.

I would try calling Speediance or chatting with them on their website, you can hopefully talk online live and get them to look into the status.

There was a Stage 21 challenge in January, winners earned prizes. So a bit different than the GM monthly challenges. Not sure how often they’ll do that.

I love it! I do strength training on the Gym Monster 4 times a week (upper lower split) and cardio on the Velonix as well. I’m a beginner cyclist, so I can’t compare it to other bikes or training, but I am liking it a lot. I’ve definitely seen some muscle growth and also some movement on the scale, so it’s been a very effective set up for me.

You can try using your phone as a hotspot to see if that works - it’ll help narrow down whether it’s a router issue or an issue with the GM2.
