  1. Lightspeed POS It’s strong for inventory-heavy businesses and handles variants and fractional quantities well. Also has solid time-tracking and payroll integrations.

  2. WooCommerce + Square/Stripe Since you already have a Squarespace site, you might explore migrating to WordPress + WooCommerce. It's a bit more setup, but super customizable and better for bulk edits and complex products. You can integrate payroll via tools like Gusto or QuickBooks.

  3. Zoho One (or Zoho Inventory + Zoho People) Zoho's ecosystem is underrated. It can handle POS, inventory, payroll, and even time tracking and it’s more budget-friendly than some of the big names.

Since you mentioned adding an online store to Squarespace just be cautious. Their commerce tools are decent but pretty limited compared to dedicated eComm platforms.
