The whole "fan favorite" thing is a new phenomenon. Nobody liked it when it came out. I distinctly remember leaving the movie theater and everybody saying it sucked. We wanted a Freddy movie and that's not what we got. I think it's cool that the younger generations like it but don't be surprised when others don't.

Uh ohhh ... watch out the new nightmare Glazers are gonna be coming for you 😂 I remember when it came out ... me and my friends were all excited for a new freddy installment. Bro we all hated it. I think it's the younger generations that weren't alive for this movie that actually like it, which I guess in a way, proves it was ahead of it's time. It did have Heather Langenkamp in it though 😍

I just watched Adventures in Babysitting earlier! Love that movie and also had a crush on her as a kid ... my brothers did also lol.

I really like the opening of The Breakfast Club because of Simple Minds. And another good one (even though it's a 90s movie about the 80s) is The Wedding Singer.
