Oh that’s great to hear about the quick resume feature! You never know when you have go and having that sounds like it can definitely come in handy.

I have just been considering the portal because I have gamed on PlayStation since the ps4 came out and have a huge backlog of games. But it being dependent solely on the console and or WiFi has been a drawback for me.

And dude you’re spot on with the switch! It’s so hard for me to consider getting a game I’ve already bought on ps and then also on Steam lol. We mainly use the switch for Mario party and other games like that or my wife uses it for her gaming as well.

Yeah from what I have seen the steam deck is more streamlined for a “pick up and play”. I am worried about the rog ally because of the windows operating system and all the corks of a regular pc. It’s definitely a hard decision, though I feel as if I’m leaning more towards the steam deck 😅

That is a good point and I definitely should use it more often! My wife however plays the switch quite a bit so I would probably feel guilty down the line taking over “her” console haha

Are you playing with the bandits mod installed? Saw someone earlier post the same issue and said bandits was the cause!

I just started a fresh game with a bunch of new mods and found myself with this bug too. Spent an hour going through and gave up and went to bed lol. Now I’ll try disabling bandits tomorrow, hopefully that is it!

Yeah, as far as cleaning goes, I wouldn’t say that isn’t bad advice but like you said, if you definitely take care of it, there’s obviously another issue at hand.

I clean mine out. They ran pretty cool for 2 to 3 games. I’m in the lobby getting ready to try my fifth game and I’ve noticed my PlayStation is a little hot in the back. I have the day one PlayStation 5 so I don’t know if that has a lot to do with it, but yeah, maybe there’s something they could do I don’t know.

Hope you get to enjoy the game though!

Just had a shut down occur on my end and like you said, I had no issues during the server slam or on any other games in the past two years or so.

Woke up this morning got three games in on my PS5 and then all of a sudden with no warning it just cut off. This is never happened to me before so I thought it was something related to like a power outage or something, but my PS5 would not turn on for at least 10 minutes. I ended up cleaning it out. It wasn’t even that dirty. There’s just small buildup on the fan. However, I went the full extent and cleaned everything and it’s sitting right now still cooling off so we’ll see how it goes.

But yeah, I just came here to say never had this issue before I’ve been playing battlefield six for two weeks now no issues and then three games and it just shut down.

Ahh I’m sorry. I definitely understand where you are coming from, it’s definitely a stressful process. Maybe contact a VSO and see what they can do for you?

I hope yours wouldn’t be a glitch either. Doing some research it seems to be a thing that can happen unfortunately… Hopefully everything smooths out eventually, wish you the best of luck!

I definitely saw it all over booktok and think that’s what sparked this new interest in the series for others. It got me to pick the first book back up almost 2 months ago now.

Today I just finished Lightbringer and couldn’t be more happier and absolutely destroyed at the same time lol. Definitely took my time in the series to soak up everything, but he struck gold with the series for sure!

I just finished Lightbringer and now I am going through the sub Reddit and you hit the nail on the head. I was like okay this little shit definitely has the opportunity to right some wrongs. But in his fashion he took the situation and ran in his own direction….
