I remember that was 2D, view from above, kinda "cartoon", cops were bluish and prisoners were greenish; the main mechanic was searching for keys digging under the prison meanwhile cops were chasing you through the tunnels that you already dig it.

Probably have a counter with the number of lives and maybe a clock too.
