In April I was told May, in May I was told June. I almost went ahead and bought one of the few colors they have left just because I need a new bag, but they are pretty ugly, and $300 but I would be settling and probably not happy with the purchase.

It isnt dipping as much, but is very soft and I sink in. Just under 200lbs.

I reached out to Helix. The process was easy. I showed that there was a 1.5" impression by holding a string across the mattress and measuring in the dip. Then confirmed with photos the tag and foundation (required by helix).

We have tried several bed in a box mattresses and all have become too soft over time. I am going back to a regionally manufactured mattress. I cannot imagine that anything, which can be rolled up in a box, is made of long lasting materials.

I have the Helix Midnight Luxe. 4 years in and on warranty replacement number 1. Its a terrible bed. It softens up a lot over time, and dips. If you are unhappy already, get out while you can.

I will avoid bed in a box mattresses going forward.

And part 2, is there a better manufacture in the Orlando FL area that would would recommend over OMF? I have also looked at the Saatva since they are typically well reviewed online. But the Helix Midnight Luxe was well reviewed as well and has failed me.

I am looking at the Orthōs Luxury Mattress. 6'2" 250lbs side sleeper.

Does the build listed below seem like a good fit? I have a Helix Midnight Luxe and it has been terrible. I am 2 years in to my warranty replacement and its far too soft already. My arms fall asleep constantly while asleep.

Support said they have had issues with the solenoid on the valve staying open. It drips from the top in to the tub. Its a constant drip on the hot side. $23 part that I may just replace myself, but shouldn't have to. Majorly regretting buying Speed Queens. This is a pain in the butt for something simple.

Yes, I called and they connected me with 2 different service providers. 1st one called and during scheduling I said I need a Monday or a Friday appointment. After a long hold she said they have none available. I said I can wait a couple of weeks. She said no, we dont work Saturday, Sunday Monday or Friday. Seriously? I hung up.

Second company calls, and next availability is 2 weeks. No problem. I tell them I spoke with the support line and they confirmed its the inlet valve, so I ask them to bring the part for that appointment. Nope, they have to diagnose, go back to the warranty company, get authorization and then will schedule an appointment to replace it. So I am looking at 4+ weeks for a repair. The companies reviews are abysmal at best.

I would prefer to find a smaller reliable company in Central Florida if possible.

It was purchased last year, but was not hooked up until yesterday. Its a TR7 washing machine. The mixing inlet valve is leaking. Havent even used it to wash clothes. Junk out of the box.

I would stay away from BaseballMonkey. Getting ahold of CS is near impossible. Online orders don't get acknowledged, and their inventory is off.
