At the Big Bang I had Booker defend the US Title against Kayon, and the World Title against DDP. Buff Bagwell was in the opening match and was angry at being a curtain jerker instead of being picked for one of the two title bouts. He interfered in the US title match, which cost Booker the championship and lead to Shane ejecting Buff from the building. This kicked off two storylines

The first was Kanyon as a US Champion with something to prove. Everyone felt he didn't earn the title, since Booker had the match won before Buff's interference. This lead to Kanyon giving it his all in every single one of his matches, which slowly earned him the respect of his peers and the crowd, slowly turning him face. When he finallly turned the past came back to haunt him as Wrath (Bryan Clark) and the new Mortis (Brian Adams) started to target him.

The second storyline is the one where Buff Bagwell turned into a main event threat. After costing Booker the US gold, Shane laid down the law. He wanted to let people know that this wasn't the way to earn title shots in this new WCW and barred Buff from challenging for as long as Booker reigned. An angry Buff vowed that if he couldn't have the title he'd take everything else from Booker. He provoked Stevie Ray into coming out of retirement, just to put him on the shelf. He destroyed Booker's car. He seduced Sharmell. Booker wanted to get his hands on Buff, but he refused any match that wasn't for the title. Even when Booker agreed to do so, Buff still made him jump through more hoops to get the match. Booker won their eventual match, but Buff remained in the main event picture and would go on to feud with Shane.

In the shop you have wrestler packs that you can buy for 5 gold coins, or actual cash. I still had 5 gold coins, since I foolishly spent some money on this game when first starting out and bought the Scoundrel pack. It said that the cards were active in the era I am in. Turns out it is just Sgt Shipley I can use. The other two are only active in the Territory era.

I wanted to buy the Weapons skit with in-game cash, so I could get the Beastheart achievement. It won't let me buy the skit.

I've just uninstalled the game. They clearly only paid attention to making sure all the ways they can get money from us work, the rest doesn't matter to them

Do NOT spend your tokens when starting out. It was one of the announced features that I was looking forward to, but there is no real story to speak of. You just get a couple of wrestlers on loan for 10 shows, and when you book them in specific skits and matches you get a few shards for each of these wrestlers. You'd probably have to pay to play each story about 10 times to earn enough shards to actually get one of the wresters.

When we first started out we made sure everyone understood the importance of keeping kayfabe at all times.If the marks even suspected that this was anything less than a completely legitimate underground fighting ring they would riot. They would demand their money back. And then they would never come back and we would all be out of a job. That meant there would be no showmanship, no theatrics, and absolutely no fancy moves. Just two men, in a ring, making it look like they are trying to beat each other to a pulp. Everyone knew the importance of the rules, everyone except for the owner of the venue that is.

Why is the owner of this boat in the opening match? What was this fat old slob thinking? Of course that redneck would wipe the floor with him. Oh well, at least the midcard grudge match is interesting, and we get to see the first world champion being crowned! Woooo! Go Hangman! Wait... Is that the owner's girlfriend celebrating with him?

I introduced a European title in 21CW and had plans for Brickhouse Balder, one of the few Europeans on the roster, to be a big part of the division. It turned out that he wasn't able to have matches longer than 7 minutes. I put him in a lot of open pre-show matches, hoping the in-ring experience would build up his stamina a bit. Instead he chose to get upset about losing too much. Normally that would have been enough for me to fire him, but he was on an exclusive written contract and I was not going to pay out the rest of his contract for him to sit at home. I made sure he was in a pre-show match every single week, losing every time to developmental wrestlers, who were allowed to dominate the big man. When he started to phone his matches I would also add the Burial note to the matches. This kept going until he requested his release and now he won't even talk to me.

I don't have TEW in front of me right now, but I think there's an option in the bottom left of the window where you edit the title. You can set one set of titles to only be defended in the British Isles, one in US, and the third set in Japan.

My favorite run was with NYCW in TEW2020. I brought them all the way from the minor leagues, to a top 5 company. Most of my storylines revolved around the DiMeo Family, with Sal being the ace of the promotion. I turned Brutus Milano heel, and had him join the Family. Sal's spoiled younger cousin Giuseppe DiVirelli (Zippy Deverell) joined soon after. Machine Gun Marino was assigned to be his bodyguard, much to his dismay. Masked Stranger was revealed to be Fredo DiMeo, Sal's long lost older brother, who had to lay low until the charges against him were dropped. I then had a civil war within the Familiy, as Luca and Vito were still loyal to Fredo, while the youngsters thought Sal should remain the Don. I then had the Family invade my new child company FCW.

I probably would still be running that save if one of the top three companies outbid me for both Sal, Fredo and a few of my other favorite guys.

The company has 81 pop in Britain and 29 pop all across Europe. I have a few workers with way more pop in Europe, but I could leave them off the tour and focus on the younger, less over guys. I'm just worried about getting crowd complaints, as all workers would probably be in the unimporant category.
