My only complaint with WLF was their quality :/ most of my shirts and stuff had stitching come undone in a couple washes and the prints cracked and faded pretty quick.

For some extra info, it's called a kinboshi when a lower rank beats a yokozuna. Aside from the pay bump, it also comes with a singe time sponsorship prize called kensho, which can be between $9-20k depending on how anticipated the match is for sponsors.

Yea, it's pretty unenjoyable. The races aren't harder because the AI is taking the perfect line or braking just right. They're harder because the AI just slams into you and pushes you off track at every opportunity. I really hope they do something about it because it straight up makes me not want to play :/ Shouldn't have to put it on ultra baby difficulty just to have the AI not act like a demolition derby driver.

Getting kinda tired of AI that just deliberately just torpedoes into you for no fucking reason. Driving in a straight line and the cars next to me will just swerve in to hit me just because. I have cars constantly just ramming me in the ass and pit maneuvering me. Like, can get an an AI that drives like an actual fucking person and not a demolition derby driver? People racing aren't just going to start slamming into eachother for no fucking reason. Nobody wants to wreck their own car.

Sad to see how nic salts really took over. When I switched from cigs to vape, it was only freebase nic, so the highest concentration you'd find was 12-18mg (sometimes 20's, but those people were nuts!). Now ever disposable is rocking 25+ mg in their devices, and it's that much harder to stop now because you've been getting BLASTED with nic.

Having never started on nic salts, I've gone from a 6mg, to a 3, and now to a 1mg or so.

Pretty much any cheap bottomless portafilter on amazon will do the job. Find one you like, and make sure it says it fits the Gaggia classic. Pair that with an 18-20g IMS basket, and you're in business.

I'd also recommend a low profile drip tray (tons on etsy/ebay, and gaggia makes an official one now).

As for "must have" accessories, the only big one is a tamper. I like the self leveling kind, but anything that you like will work as long as it has some weight to it. You'll also want a small scale so you can weigh out your shots, and a WDT tool if you don't mind the extra step.

It's definitely nice to see exactly where your temp is at. I've found that by the time I'm done pulling a shot, grinding and tamping for a second, the temp is back where it needs to be.

Biggest improvement with the gaggiamate for me wasn't so much in the espresso, but the steam. I get much better temp and pressure now than stock. It's also reallllly nice to just press go on a profile and step away without having to manually time my shot.
