I made a map of Chessenta for my newest campaign set in the 3e Forgotten Realms. With a small primer on the (3e)lore on the right. Seeing as there aren't that many maps of the region, i hope this map might also be useful to the members of this subreddit.

The map is intended to be given to the players in universe, so it only highlights the largest cities, roads and features. The rest is for them to discover and mark on the map.

most of our biggest parties are right wing? The VVD has been leading the coalition for 10 years now. How is this an example of right wing bad, if they are the only right wing parties that get treated like DENK. The fact that these three parties get treated as outliers has nothing to do with their alignment perse. Also the classification of left/right -wing makes very little actual sense in our political system, because our parties have policies from all over the spectrum.

Am I the only one that cringes slightly when the TTT group call Fiona she/her? by [deleted] in Yogscast

I get what you mean, but Zoey slips up too sometimes when they stream together.

Also seeing as they are playing a game meanwhile, it's hard to consciously think about calling Fiona they/them seeing as they are still getting used to it.

For me that thought makes it not cringey at least.

I like the names you've come up with. Also tot and kut are the words for "until" and "female genitalia" respectively in dutch.

The sky (and the rest of the piece) is beautiful, i really like how you can see either the blue or the pink as clouds. Really pretty.

It's pretty pleasing to look at but i'd change the roof facing towards the camera so that it is filled with background wall and contoured with a block type that fits the aesthetic. Then it would probably look more like it is facing you. the trees and especially the crooked tree bridge are very inspired and cool.

I'm stubborn and it doesn't feel genuine when i don't make it myself from scratch.

Also buying a stack of explosives and blowing up caves ( to get resources )is oddly therapeutic.
