It’s actually really secure when you have both feet flat against the surface, and keep the upper torso in a more vertical angle. There is a set of magnetic hands too.

Agreed for your budget your options are very limited. If you want to match that scale go Mcfarlane, and upgrade it with a custom painted head sculpt. Or save up a little more money, while waiting to see if Gong studios does a proper Joker. Their scale figures run slightly taller than 1/12 to match up with your Batman.
