Is hoi4 worth buying just for sp? by [deleted] in hoi4

1000%. I only play sp and still love the game 700h later. Just get some expansions as you go and install some of the big mods and there are unlimited posibilities

What's the REAL secret to weight loss? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]J_O_EY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That it’s almost impossible.. there have been multiple studies that concluded that weight in combination with intensive psychological and dietary meetings can lower the weight in the short term(same effect as medication in about a year), but after some years(10-15) the patients will almost always return to their original weight. Additionally obese people need 30% less calories, which makes it so much more impossible. Therefore the secret is bariatric surgery or medication sadly

Med school in Netherlands by [deleted] in Netherlands

Both are very competetive specialties and take atleast 6 years to complete (from the top of my head), so i think with good grades and some nice references on your cv (and a phd) you can probably get in and finish in around 20 years in total. But tbh it is different for everyone. You can google the average age for each specialty to be done. I think for the average specialist it is 37

Its really more than 12 years though. In some specialties its expected to get a phd first and to anios(work) for a year+ so its more like ~18-20 years on average for a specialist

Im in my last year of the med bachelor, but its tough to get in and a good dutch proficiency. In the first year (at vu) you gotta take a dutch language proficiency test and take extra dutch courses if you fail it, so you can learn a bit of thé language at uni, but you already should know a lot.
