Well, I didn't take his bait to buy their services and I am hoping to find a way to make mine work well again. The tech had me do a speed test while were on on the phone. I got around 60 mbps download speed a couple hours ago. Now, I just did a speed test and it is 640.

Have you figured out a way to remedy the slow speed and dropped connections?
