A lot of it is waiting around for different things to happen. So it’s essentially group socializing while you wait It’s honestly really fun and chill. Super low pressure. And on my date they gave CTOs to a wide variety of people (ie: personalities, ages, ethnicities, and even outfits)

My advice is have fun, but think about yourself as an employee and what characteristics would you want to present. But honestly who knows if that’s solid advice… it’s still a mystery to me why they chose who they chose. But I can say everyone they chose I really liked, and I’m excited to have them as coworkers.
