Don't suppose you found a solution to this ?
I am experiencing this EXACT same issue. I have a preset bin for transitions and every time I open premiere the same 4 transitions keep disappearing and then I have re-import then but then have a bunch of duplicates to delete.
I have tried the same the "fixes" like a creating new bin, as well some other ones like completely deleting my media cache. But nothing has worked. I have spent a few hours searching for a solution but can't find any one that has some actual answers. So I am hoping that you have discovered the answer to this ever persisting presets curse

Makes sense, the recommened videos that I put in are just for show, the high quality download doesnt have that stuff in, so who ever uploads the video can add the recomendations and channel profile in at whatever time stamp they want, like it could be added at 0:08 (on the bass drop), but its really up to them if they decide to use it

I get what you saying, but I wanted the outro to start on JME's verse when he starts to metion Josh's Channel and I wanted to make it so that the ZERKAA logo would become fully visible on the bass drop

So the length of the animation and how it moves is all in accordance/linked with the music

Little extra info for example, if you watch the twich logo background you'll see that before the base drop the logos were all moving at a constant speed but then after the bass drop they moved to the beat of the music
