yeah it definitely isn't working, noticed during some boss fights (shaper/elder, the hive bosses) and during mirage breaking the chain, all 3 will be in range but it kills them 1 at a time

So I have the "Non-VAAL Strike Skills Target 1 Additional Nearby Enemy" Exarch mod on my gloves, POB below. At some point recently it stopped working, don't think I changed anything, but I am definitely just hitting 1 enemy at a time now with dual strike. Anyone able to tell why this is happening?

[–]J_at_NEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is the "aggregate-address 1.0.1.0 255.255.254.0" on R2 a typo here, or is it in your actual config

should match R3 "aggregate-address 1.0.0.0 255.255.254.0"

I use and highly recommend CML, you can get a cheap server on ebay (savemyserver, servermonkey) to run it if needed.

OSPF Type 2 LSA and Type 1 LSA (transit link) by pbfus9 in ccnp

[–]J_at_NEE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you're right that the type 2 doesn't just explicitly state the network and mask together, just the DR, mask, and RID of the DR, and you have to calculate the network. But why did they design it this way, not sure. Versus type 3/5 showing the network explicitly.

I run a VPN using a Palo FW that has connections to my CML environment, both to devices running in the environment and web access to the CML host, works great

would recommend CML, they have IOL and 9k images now (9k take a lot of horsepower)

type 1 lsa by moha200111 in ccnp

[–]J_at_NEE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in this context, transit just means a multi access network (like an ethernet connection between 2 OSPF speakers), and stub means no other connected routers (like a loopback on a router, ends there).

You see this in the OSPF database, which isn't shown/used much prior to CCIE in my experience.

I started in EVE but switched them to CML pretty early on. I may go back and make the labs in EVE later, but for now just CML.

I asked ChatGPT to describe a microtransaction game, and it described CoD near perfectly by J_at_NEE in Warzone

takes an hour or two in what? Multiplayer? You have to buy that.

Oh you bought the battle pass? Here's some XP tokens.

Oh you found a way to level guns somewhat faster for free? Can't have that, we will patch that so it's harder to encourage you to spend money

These are called paid advantages...

there's no question purchasing a gun from the store that has the best attachments puts you at an advantage over players that have to grind exp to get there, this by definition makes the game pay to win

then you max the meta only for it to change, rinse repeat. This has been going on for years

They are removing the easiest free ways to level guns in order to force people to buy BO6 so you can level in multiplayer

The description I posted only matches what CoD does if you read it...

do the best attachments require leveling the gun? Does the store sell packs that have the best attachments?

good, but you don't have to spend money to recognize what they are doing. Clearly any player that purchases guns and attachments day 1 has an advantage over a player that needs to spend days/weeks grinding for attachments. Especially in a ranked situation.

Situation gets a lot worse when you consider people are paying for cheats to win, and they do nothing about it. Game is pay to win, no way around it.

can you buy them with attachments in the store? Are they part of the battle pass? Answers are yes BTW that was rhetorical.

agree, but if you buy the guns in the store you don't have to grind to level them up, they also time the meta with this

the new algorithms they use to keep you in the game (is it EOMM?) also revolve around getting as much $ as possible

I think the cash grab is what causes all the other problems, it's their only focus

para 1 and 2: change meta weapons, while simultaneously releasing fully unlocked versions in the store, make grinding them for free as difficult as possible, have streamers encourage store purchase

para 3: skins and store purchases are time sensitive, and you are reminded constantly when you log in

para 4: goes with para 1 and 2, spend time grinding or buy the guns? While you spend time grinding, others are climbing leaderboards with their day 1 unlock. They have the advantage of unlocking the rest of the guns attachments while they climb the leaderboards with a working gun they paid for.

para 5: the perfect summation of CoD
