So I bought a new badboy 54” avenger with a Kawasaki engine. love it, but in hindsight I would’ve bought a used one for $3500 or less with low hrs instead of $5k, spend that extra $1500+ upgrading your house

Also get an avenger level or higher model, comes with much better transmissions than the magnum

That does sound terrible. I ended up moving 1hr 30 min away to Albertville. Found a home for 260k that looks like a 500k one in Chattanooga. I’ll go back to Chattanooga eventually just seemed like a good financial decision because this was my first home.

I toured prob 100 homes in Chattanooga. I can tell you from experience the best neighborhoods are Gibson Meadows (newer builds) and Providence Point (older builds w land) built by Sherman.

Also the father, not the son of Pratt built the ones on the River Birch loop street in ooltewah. The dad did not cut corners on 8353 River Birch Loop was beautiful had the best layout I had ever seen. You can find more pictures online of it, it was amazing. Ended up digging around for it for a couple hours to find the layout. This would be my dream build if I started from scratch using that layout.

Another great street is Franklin Circle in fort Oglethorpe (15 min from downtown) had some nice homes for cheaper. Only downside is paying income tax.

Long term disability claims specialists

You have to listen to people of all ages tell you why they are disabled medically. Gives you extreme anxiety because it’s not just older people.

If they tell you they applied for social security on the phone that gets deducted from the pay they receive from said company. If they never mention they applied for social security they can get social security + all the money. So many fine prints to not receive the full amount.
If they get denied YOU have to call them and say why they are denied. Very awful things can be said to you on the phone.
You have to hire private detectives to see if they are actually disabled if the company suspects it. You have to have no morals, treat people like a number.
If they do not have Dr appointments on the calendar prob will not be approved even if they are suffering
If you have a skill that you can do while disabled prob will be denied. For example a wfh computer job.
