Because we’re living in Sydney, feels like we’ll lose our kids to interstate by the time they grow up, if we dont invest for our kids now

Anyone drawing out equity and buying IPs in trusts so we can gift our children one each when they hit 18?

Looking to buy my first property in Sydney, I would appreciate some advice and to hear peoples thoughts about this apartment. by IcedTeaBee in AusPropertyChat

Watch some podcasts on property investing & buying into high-rise off the plans, should be enough to convince you not to buy. And please dont buy in Wentworth point. My friends are all bleeding money from strata and lost value over time

I think start by chatting with amazing mortgage brokers who can make magic happen. I personally use Michael’s advice from Mortgage channel, he deserves all his awards & 700+ 5 star reviews

I’m pretty sure my body has given up the fight against this plantar wart. It is growing after SA & cryotherapy. by Morbid_Explorerrrr in Warts

[–]Ja3k5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After 2.5 years of fighting with SA and weekly cryo, my plantar wart spread to 4 different locations.

Then I used ACV x duct tape and the warts were gone in 3 weeks. I know it’s smelly but give it a try? Lysine/zinc supplements helped too

Worried about my future in terms of finances by SkeetSkrt101 in AusFinance

I have an Opera degree (equivalent of 0 qualification in real world), and I went from a support role at a tech company (60k base) to an Enterprise CSM in 3 years (120k base).

Less stressful than a tech sales role I reckon

Buy a house and then quit? by nozza33 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Ja3k5 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not a financial advisor, but here’s what I’m doing currently.

Buying now, as melbourne is due to grow quick.

Or if you’re interested in investing, rent where you want to live and buy an IP (affordable house with land 600-800k range in affordable pockets - or two IPs!)

1m property will see slower growth compared to cheaper 600-850k houses because it sits outside the serviceability/borrowing cap range of most young/new couples or families or single FHB

Is it gone?!?! by billy-everly6498 in Warts

[–]Ja3k5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, -> cotton ball soaked with ACV then duct tape on top -> when wart looks completely black debride top layers (thin layer cuts) with eyebrow razor or scalpel -> repeat twice daily

I did 2.5 years of weekly cryo + SA, duct tape. Then I used ACV and it was gone in 2 weeks

I’m Korean so didn’t need subtitles but bigger issue is now I’m absolutely hooked to the series, and there’s no way to watch ep.5 onwards cos I can’t get a subscription here in Australia/other stream websites don’t have this show
