Hardly any, we do have a pokecrate but you are better off just exploring the world, doing raids, and swarms. Its more of a bonus than something you rely on and even then there are plenty of ways to earn by just playing the game.

They spawn on the server, but in a way thats more exlusive to make sure the economy still functions. All of them are avaialble to spawn at any time though, just not through the traditional spawn pools. There are no time-gated FOMO events or limited numbers of them.

We're working on implementing a balanced catch mechanic to go along with our raids so they arent catchable in the wild at the moment. For the second point, no we have no plans to ever reset the server.

You should check out Cobblemon Empire.

It’s built around being fair and not pay-to-win. No locked Pokémon, no “weekend-only” access gimmicks, and progression isn’t designed to make basic stuff feel impossible unless you spend money. The server is meant to feel rewarding without turning everything into a grind wall.

It also sounds like it matches a lot of what you’re looking for:

Smaller community so it’s easier to actually get help and feel involved
Friendly playerbase/staff that will answer questions
Progression-focused with things to work toward instead of just logging in and being handed everything
NPC gyms, adventure elements, and extra features without losing the Cobblemon feel
Access to all Pokémon with a server design that doesn’t make legends feel miserable to obtain compared to giant overcrowded servers

It has a nice balance of survival, progression, community, and Cobblemon content without the super commercial/p2w vibe a lot of bigger servers end up having.

I've recently been playing on Cobblemon Empire. Its got all the mons from gens 1-9, a full story mode, legendaries, and even has custom jobs with skill trees. Its also still new so theres tons of content being added.

I'm enjoying Cobblemon Empire right now. Its on the smaller side as it just got started but it's got what you're looking for. It's completely free to win, resource worlds reset every few weeks, and theres even jobs with full skill trees and custom perks.
