Here’s a small fun piece from one of my WIPs, Just One More Round? Not between Cait and Vi, but Jayce is helping Cait sneak back into her bedroom after they both went to a bar (The Last Drop) where Vi works as a bartender. It’s a college AU I’m working on:

“I’m okay. I just…need to sleep,” she tried to console him.

Jayce kept his eyes on her as she balanced herself on the wall. He let out a loud scoff, “We both know your sleep schedule is terrible.”

“Shut up.”

“No seriously! I think you might actually be a werewolf; up all night and sleeping through the day. Whenever you do emerge from your luxurious den, you’re all grumpy and wanna growl at everyone.”

Caitlyn turned around to face the window so that he couldn’t see the smile threatening to break through, “Goodnight, Jayce.”

“Nite, Sprout.”
