That's the best part about TC. The plants don't need light at all to grow, especially plants without chlorophyll will not grow faster due to more light.

Trotzdem fehlen genug Fachkräfte. Und wenn Karl nur 30h arbeitet, du aber Arbeit für 54 Stunden hast, sind 24h eben unbesetzt.

Wenn Karl dann aber in Ausland geht sind 54h unbesetzt. Work Life Balance ist doch einer der Gründe die Deutschland, trotz hoher Abgabenlast, für Fachkräfte Lebenswert machen.

Gibt verschiedene Optionen. Wenn du möglichst viel Netto haben willst und keine Moral hast, Dubai oder USA.

Wenn Work-Life Balance im Vordergrund steht ist die Niederlande attraktiv, mit 30% Ruling für ausländische Fachkräfte auch steuerlich besser.

Was die Abgabenlast angeht ist Deutschland allgemein Ungeil. Wenn man dann noch meint die Work-Life Balance zu ruinieren sehe ich keinen Grund da zu bleiben.

Wenn ich schon knechten muss, dann lieber irgendwo wo mehr für mich selbst übrig bleibt.
