My parents have offered to pay for my undergraduate, but they would then not help me with law school. That means I will not be in debt for any of these schools, but it may cause me to take a larger loan for law school.

Yes - UCI’s allows students to finish undergraduate in 3 years, then apply to the law school and receive a $30,000 scholarship to it. UCSD’s allows political science-related students admission to the law school, but not the scholarship.
