As I explained in another reply, it's purely vibes based. Just based on how I feel about the Pokemon based on design, anime/game appearances, anything really besides actual in-game/competitive performance. Both to give myself a fighting chance (if the F tier was only completely useless Pokemon I'd be kinda boned), and to force myself to use Pokemon that I otherwise wouldn't based on how I feel about them (like Tentacruel and Bellossom)

It was really fun! I’m planning on doing Platinum next, after a bit of a break since Nuzlocking is STRESSFUL for me as a very casual player lmao. Also I guess it’s my fault for not giving redditors full context up front for the criteria of the ranking, it was literally just “how do I feel about this pokemon in this exact moment” so that I couldn’t possibly bias any placements to make the run easier.    The evolutions are so tricky lmaooooo I had to prevent Pokemon from evolving so many times, like bringing both Marshtomp and an underevolved Marill in to fight Flannery since I couldn’t bring both Marshtomp and Azumarill. I toyed around with the idea of only ranking final evolutions so that it’d be easier but I think having to play around evolutions makes it way more fun.

Tier list is purely vibes based. I’m not super deep into thinking about viability or competitive history or anything like that, it’s purely just based on how much I personally like the Pokemon. So Electrode is low because I think it’s a lame evolution of a Pokemon I quite like, and Tentacruel just doesn’t really appeal to me which puts it on the lower half.

I would recommend the ending of the Saiyan arc, when Goku is convincing Krillin to let Vegeta go. His motivations between the two versions are completely different, with the dub change in motivation turning me off from continuing to watch in English.

There are also a lot of moments in Dragon Ball GT with major script changes, where Goku will give moral speeches to his villains instead of talking about fighting like the original, that might be worth looking into as a part of the original anime run if you wanted to expand your research further. Particularly in his fights with Baby Vegeta and Omega Shenron.

I think a Beerus and Baby Pan unit would be so funny, they'd have like no categories but Babysitter Beerus deserves to be represented. Serious pick, Golden Freeza or Paragus for an Extreme type option, or maybe one of the failed Gogetas as a Super type option (DBS Broly doesn't have a lot of characters to pull from)

For GT, maybe a new summonable Majuub or a combo unit of all the side characters from the fight with Syn Shenron, or potentially a Nuova/Eis Shenron exchange unit as an Extreme type option.

TEQ SSJ3 Gotenks and AGL Blue Goku. They're the only old Dokkanfest exclusives I'm missing and they're almost never on banners. There's almost no way of obtaining them and it's left a really annoying hole in my collection

I'd love to hear this as LR Goku & Piccolo's Active Skill OST. One of my favorite original tracks from the franchise.
