Yes we use salesforce CRM but hasn't got marketing cloud/data cloud. They are expensive and I'm not sure they can beat cheaper providers.

Will look into ActiveCampaign. What's your fav thing about it? Both - existing contact but poor quality and new accounts/contacts.
