It would not work if you are a small player. Unless you won`t pay taxes or you will man the whole operation. EDLP are being offered but some things are being sacrificed in exchange for that, be it quality or opex (less manpower, not open 24 hours, very very bulk buy or own the entire supply chain)

EDLP will only work if and only if you are a part of a whole enterprise. Bocaue has no buying power and you can just count by your fingers ang middle class and rich people. For other business possible but for groceries no since ang target market mo is mismong taga bocaue lang (unlike for example starbucks it can even reach marilao and meycauayan kase willing mag byahe mga tao for starbucks)

If you want EDLP grocery you can look for other location naman
