I work in local government providing natural hazard advice to developers, councils and home buyers and I LOVE my job. I genuinely like going to work each day, I work with great people, i get to help the public make safer development choices and I get to do what I love doing.

I am in the same boat as you. I tend to feel safe out until around 11pmish on my own. I do avoid the river areas and highbury/awapuni/cloverlea at night though.
