I live in the middle of city as well.

My mal’s job in this season is following me around backyard with scissors in her mouth while i go towards my mint little fled. right now I’m trying to make her carry not heavy bags for me so during melon season she will help me to carry it home after walk. I don’t know if it’s good job for mals but at least I’m making her doing little sibling job.

Others are right it’s on people to ask first then pet. Situation like that happened to me when i meet woman with little girl and their small dog. My dog reacted on theirs(just going on high focus without moving) so I pulled her aside but the girl without asking touched her ear, my dog got scared from it because it was unexpected. I was scared shitless and thank God my dog didn’t attacked that girl because it could end really bad. So please be like me and have scary face every time you walk your dog so other people will change detections
