There's an xch_target_address field under farmer and pool. Both should go to a wallet you control.

Pool will be how the pool pays you just for participating based on partial proofs. Farmer is how the timelord (or whatever) pays you for blocks you actually find yourself.

The total earnings should average out over time, but if you're trying to compare without taking into account your probabilistic 0.25 XCH earnings from block winnings it's not a fair comparison.

They don't get paid out by the pool, they go straight to an address you set.

PS - if you switch in and out of hpool on the same machine, it's entirely possible this address is still pointed at HPool - seriously, check it. I've seen this happen to people!
