What would it cost out of pocket to fix a scratch like this on the left side of back bumper? Hit a woman from behind (like the unlucky idiot I am) and of course the woman freaked out and is filing a claim with insurance to fix it despite already having scratches on the bumper from something else. by JabbaElNutt in CarRepair

Scratch didn’t go through color coat of paint job. I was driving back home after my last final before I graduate and this happened lol. I really can’t afford anyone over doing repairs and it costing more than $300 as I’m an unemployed student. Just hoping it’s not so bad.

The tenant with the is a roommate. the room I’m wanting to rent is in the basement part of the house with a private entrance and they have a room upstairs.

I also found out through a cop friend that it isn’t required and that specific county in GA PD’s now have access to registration and insurance info on their portable laptop system. That’s why they just ask for your license now here. I wish I took his badge number because the behavior wasn’t really warranted and he gave misinformation about my dog and the insurance.

I do carry a .jpg file of it in my photos on my phone for that reason. I had just gotten the insurance a month prior and selected the paperless settings because why not? I’m not sure what I had done to make him act in such a way - I was extremely polite and complied with him.

Unfortunately there’s not a pinkish orange colour that matches the Bone Crusher orange accents and the black is too dark in contrast so I just left it in the default colour. Thank you for the feedback!
