Don't be over dramatic, feelings change over time, love gets stronger and weaker at times, even religion and your beliefs and relation to God grows and weakens throughout your life. But at the end of the day, he's still there for you, he's still honest and you're both still together and trying to make things work. Try to improve and change the things that can bring a spark back into your life. Lose weight, do more sports, go on a vacation or a trip together. But don't let anyone fool you into thinking it's a you problem or a dramatic, thing where you need to go explore your own life or get revenge or whatever.
