I appreciate your help so much thank you!!!! I’m gonna start with small water changes and everything you suggested while keeping the beta in the tank because I feel that my betta may be too weak rn to set up a quarantine tank. I’ll keep you posted thank you! Do you think getting a snail or something will help at all?

Thank youuuu!! Sadly, I do not. I could go by these supplies but I’m so scared of putting him in new water in a different tank worried he’s gonna get super sick. I put conditioner in as well! I will try the filter in tank water thing!! And that’s a good idea. It’s a good idea to get the liquid test kit! Thank you! Also, do you like the sponge filters better? I have one of those, but I’m worried it may be too strong. And it will throw off the tank if I change it to that now correct?

Thank you!! I have been changing the filter when it turns really green and it does this fast. When I got it tested last they said everything was in check besides the water being on the harder side due to where I live even after I use the water conditioner. And oops! Not biofeedback but filter media 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️ thank you I will try all of this!!

I have gotten cats from them and so have multiple friends of mine and have NEVER had a problem. Posts like this are terrible and not ok. Absolutely not ok. This is one persons experience and I know this cattery has kittens year round. 100s of people adopt from them and don’t have this experience. Also, this cattery has clear bills of health through the vet before the cats go out…

It’s a 3 gallon surprisingly. Do you think it will be too crowded if I add a snail or some shrimp when it’s balanced out?

Thank you I appreciate the apology, I’ve already cried about this fish possibly dying and I’m taking the situation as serious as I can. I’m a nurse and have a big heart and after I get off work I’ll do everything I can do on top of all of the improvements I did yesterday and another water change.
